Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards (Adapt with age group)

Goal line to Striker: 20 yards

Striker to Passer: 10 yards

Crossers: 20 - 25 yards out

Width: 20 yards central (Adapt with age group)

For wide areas, have crossers starting between the 18 yard box and sideline.
