  • Defensive team players are locked in when the ball travels into the other half of the pitch - React quickly

  • Score and you keep possession of the ball

Set Up:

Depth: 60 yards (2 x 30 yards)

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
