Set Up & Equipment

  • Close down the player in possession on transition

  • Team attacking the small goals gets 2 goals scoring centrally and 1 goal scoring in wide areas

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 yards total

Central Area: 20 yards

Wide Areas: 2 x 5 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small goals)
