• Attackers aim to dribble through the middle

• Defenders force them wide or win the ball

• Point for attackers for dribbling through the middle

• Point for defenders for winning the ball or forcing wide out of play

Set Up:

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (Use for goals)
