• Midfield stay locked in but as a progression they can pressure the ball

• Blues aim to play through and score

• Change teams over after a set time/amount of goals

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 50 yards

Outer zones: 2 x 15 - 20 yards

Middle zone: 10 yards

Width: 25 - 30 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)
