Set Up & Equipment

  • Attack can start when the coach shouts ‘GO’ or when the players complete a set pattern

  • Point for each time the attackers score/defenders prevent a goal

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards.

Passing zone: 10 yards.

Width: 30 yards

Passing zone: 15 yards.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Goal
