Set Up & Equipment

  • Blues look to score in one of the small goals to transition to be the team in possession

  • Middle players can change teams

  • Set a touch limit for the team in possession

  • 5 passes = 1 point

Set Up:

Depth: 20 yards

Width: 40 yards total

High/low zone: 2 x 15 yards

Central area: 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
