Set Up & Equipment

  • Players can score from inside or outside the box

  • Add GK’s if you have them

  • Defenders look to slow the attacker down and force wide

Set Up:

Depth: 60 yards total (2 x 30 yard areas)

Scoring area: 2 x 10 yards

Width: 10 yards (Plus width either side of the scoring area)

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs (Optional)

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
