  • Front 3 have to work hard to close down the defenders

  • Central goals = 2 points

  • Wide goals = 1 point

  • Target players score = 3 points

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards total

High zone: 20 yards

Low zone: 15 yards

Width: 35 yards

Central area: 15 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
