Set Up & Equipment

  • Prevent the opposition switching play on transition

  • Force them into congested areas to put pressure on the ball

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 40 yards total

Central area: 20 yards

Wide areas: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
