Set Up & Equipment

  • Movement has to be sharp and not in straight lines as it’s easy for the defenders to follow and read

  • Defenders get a point for a clean sheet

  • Attackers get a point for each goal scored

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Goal line to Defenders: 10 yards

Defenders to Attackers: 20 yards

Attackers to Second group: 10 yards

Width: 30 yards + outside areas

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
