Set Up & Equipment

  • Team in possession look to get players into the wide zones when the ball is in that half - Unopposed in that area

  • 5 passes = 1 goal

  • Look to make the pitch narrow on transition

  • Teams can change over when the defending team score

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards (2 x 25 yard zones)

Corner Zones: 5 x 5 yards diagonal

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
