Set Up & Equipment

  • Add in more players on the attacking teams if you have them

  • Limit touches for the players in possession to increase chances of transition

  • One point for scoring

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards.

Goal line to Edge of Box: 20 yards.

Edge of Box to Possession zone: 20 yards.

Possession zone: 10 yards.

Width: 30 yards.

Possession zone: 20 yards.

Floater zone: 2 x 5 yards.

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Goal
