Setting and moving to receive and combine first time
Description
In this session we are focusing on setting and moving to receive and combine first time. The drill begins with the coach passing into the player who looks to set and move to the outside to receive and set back again. The player then looks to scan and drop to the mannequin to receive on the back foot to open out and play to the coach who moves into space. The coach sets the ball to the player who passes the ball inside to then repeat the drill on the opposite side. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
