First time passing and moving to bounce round defenders


Description

In this session we are focusing on first time passing and moving to bounce round defenders. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to set the ball on the opposite side of the cone before moving to the outside. The coach then passes the ball into the player who sets back to then scan and drop to the cone behind to repeat the drill. All of the passes should be first time, using both feet. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least three times.
