First time passing and moving to receive and turn to play


Description

In this session we are focusing on first time passing and moving to receive and turn to play. The drills begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to set and drop to the cone behind. The coach then passes to the player to set back either side of the cone before dropping to the mannequin. Once the player reaches the mannequin the coach passes the ball to the player who looks to open out on the back foot before turning back to play the ball and step forward to repeat. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
