Moving Back to Receive
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players ability to take the ball across the body and pass from varied distances. The play starts with the player moving towards the first pole/cone, before opening their body out to receive. Upon receiving, the player takes the ball across the body and passes back. The player then back pedals to the next pole/cone before repeating. After the player has passed back to the coach from the furthest pole, they move back to the start for the next set. The drill should contain a minimum of three sets, and a maximum of six, depending on the players age.
