Bounce passes to move into space and play forward
Description
In this session we are focusing on bounce passes to move into space and play forward. The drill begins with player 1 receiving and setting back to the coach first time on both sides of the cone/pole. Player 1 then moves to the outside cone on the same side of their second set. When player 1 receives the ball, they aim to play into player 2 and move into space, to allow player 2 to set the ball back to player 1. Player 1 then looks to touch the ball forward and then play into the goal/gate. The players should be aware of their surroundings and time their movements to meet the ball. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps per player and should be completed at least three times.
