First time passes to receive the ball in space
Description
In this session we are focusing on first time passes to receive the ball in space. The drill begins with the blue player setting either side of the cone, to then receive, open out and pass to the red player. The blue player then moves out, to receive the ball off the red player and set into space for the red player to move onto and pass back to the coach to repeat. The players should ensure that they move quickly and create space to receive the ball. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
