Moving out of tight space to receive and dribble
Description
In this session we are focusing on moving out of tight space to receive and dribble. The drill begins with the player moving through the middle of the cones to receive and set back to the coach before moving back round the front of the cone to receive and take the ball through the middle of the cones. The player then passes back to the coach before moving out to receive and drive forward before passing back to repeat the other side. The player should ensure that they check their shoulder to be aware of the space and receive the ball on the back foot to move forward. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
