Dropping in to set, drop to receive and touch into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on dropping in to set, and drop to receive and touch into space. The drill begins with the player dropping to one side to receive the ball off the coach and set back. After the player has set the ball, they look to check their shoulder and drop to the cone behind them. The player should position themselves on an angle away from the cone to enable their touch to be taken into space. Once the player has touched the ball into space, they pass back to the coach and repeat off the other side. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
