Quick movements to receive and combine to play into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on quick movements to receive and combine to play into space. The drill begins with the blue player receiving and setting the ball back to the coach. The player then moves to the wide cone to receive on the back foot and play into their partner (red player). The red player then sets the ball back to the blue player before moving to the opposite side of their cone, where the blue player will set the ball across for the red player to take into space and pass into the coach to repeat. The players should ensure they time their movements to meet the ball and control the tempo. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least three times.
