Changing body shape to receive and combine
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players body shape to receive and combine to move into space to play. The drill begins with the red player moving through the gate to receive and set back to the coach. The player then looks to move infront and around to receive on the back foot to open out. The player then passes into the blue player to combine first time to then play back into the coach. The player should ensure they check their shoulder to assess space and adapt the body shape to receive and open out. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least two times from each side.
