Quick passes and movement into space to open out
Description
In this session we are focusing on quick passes and movement into space to open out. The drill begins with the player receiving the ball on the inside of the cone/pole and setting back, before moving to the outside. The player then receives the ball again and sets back and repeats on the inside once more. After the player has set for the third time, they look to move across and infront to the opposite cone to receive, open out and play. When the player moves across, they should turn the body as they reach the cone to enable themselves to receive on the back foot and open out. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
