Setting, opening out and combining with first time passes

Description

In this session we are focusing on setting, opening out and combining first time to rotate. The drill begins with the coach passing to the red player who sets back and moves across the cone/pole to receive and open out.The red player then plays into the blue player who takes the ball across the body and passes into the red player who will have moved around the vacant cone. The red player then sets back and moves around the cone to receive the ball back and play into the coach. The blue player aims to time their movement to then move onto the ball that the coach sets and then repeat the drill. The players movement should be sharp and they should be aware of the space when receiving the ball. Each set should consist of 5 - 8 rotations per player and should be completed at least three times.
