First time passing activation using both feet
Description
In this session we are focusing on a first time passing activation using both feet. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to the player who plays back first time, before moving in the middle of the two cones. The same patterns continues until the player reaches the outside of the widest cone, where the drill then moves forward to the next set of cones. The player should look to cushion their passes and use the inside of the foot each time. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps around, and should be completed at least three times.
