Moving quickly to change angle

Description

In this session we are focusing on moving into space to play quickly. The drill begins with the coach playing into the blue player who passes back first time, before moving into the middle of the area to receive and set back again. After they set the ball, the player looks to move out to the side to receive the ball again. The blue player opens out and plays to the red player, who sets back first time to the blue player, before moving around the top pole/cone, where the blue player sets the ball before moving back out to the side. Upon receiving the ball, the red player plays into the coach, before repeating the sequence. The main focus is the players ability to move quickly and change angles of play, which requires the players to be aware of the space around them, and to be able to play first time. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps for each player and should be completed at least three times.
