Movement across to play high

Description

In this session we are focusing on moving the ball quickly to play high. The drill begins with the red player receiving the ball and setting first time to the blue player, before moving around the pole/cone to receive the ball back. The red player then plays the ball into the coach and moves on the outside of the pole infront. The blue player moves to the highest point. The coach then passes to the red player who sets back and moves inside the pole to receive and play back. After passing back the second time, the red player looks to move across toward the opposite side to create space for the coach to play high to the blue player for the drill to repeat. The main focuses are the players touches and movement to receive, whilst maintaining a high tempo. Each set should last between 30 - 60 seconds and should be completed at least three times.

Make it stand out.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
