Movement and body shape to open out and play forward


Description

In this session we are focusing on movement and body shape to open out and play forward. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who touches across the body and passes back to the coach. The player then moves in before dropping the shoulder to move across. The player then receives the ball on the back foot, ensuring the body shape is open to then touch and play forward. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
