Dribbling into space and ball control on both feet


Description

In this session we are focusing on dribbling into space and ball control on both feet. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to the player who receives and then travels across to the opposite side. The player looks to get the ball out of their feet and then maintain control of the ball. The player then passes the ball back to the coach, then scans and drops to the central cone. The player then receives the ball on the back foot to touch and play. The drill is then repeated on the opposite side. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps.
