Opening out on the half turn to take the ball into space


Description

In this session we are focusing on opening out on the half turn to take the ball into space. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to the player who sets back and then moves round the top cone. The player then drops in and opens out on the half turn to take the ball into space and then round the cone to pass back to the coach. The drills is then completed working the opposite way. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
