Taking the ball into space, combining and opening out
Description
In this session we are focusing on taking the ball into space, combining and opening out. The drill begins with the player receiving the ball and dribbling to the outside cone before passing to the coach. The player the steps in to receive and set back to the coach before dropping to the middle cone to receive, open out and play. The player should retain close control when dribbling and open their body out when receiving. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
