Receiving to drive into space and turning to drive into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on receiving to drive into space and turning to drive into space. The drill begins with the player receiving the ball from the coach and setting back first time either side of the cone. The player then drops out to receive on the back foot and drive to the middle. The player then turns and drives back into space before playing back to the coach to repeat the opposite side. The player should exaggerate the turn as if they are driving at a defender. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
