Decision making square: Scanning, receiving and changing direction
Description
In this session we are focusing on our decision making. The drill begins with the player by the middle cone/pole. The player receives the ball in the middle and can either set back or touch and play. The player then moves to one of the four cones. If the player moves forward they set back first time. if the player drops then they receive, touch and play. The player always moves back to the middle to receive and then they move again. The player should scan to be aware of their surroundings. Each set should last between 45 - 60 seconds and should be completed at least three times.
