Ball control and first touch on the floor and in the air
Description
In this session we are focusing on our ball control and first touch on the floor and in the air. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back either side of the cone before dropping back to the middle cone. The coach then passes into the player again who looks to touch across and play. The player then drops back to control the ball out the air and take across the body to pass back to the coach. The player should open the body to take the ball on the back foot. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
