Ball control out the air, quick play and control in tight space


Description

In this session we are focusing on ball control out the air, quick play and control in tight space. The drill begins with the coach throwing the ball in the air towards the player for them to control and pass back to the coach. The player then drops in to receive and set back to the coach, move the opposite side of the pole/mannequin to receive, touch and play before setting back again and dropping back. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
