Quick passing to drop out, receive on the back foot and play

Description

In this session we are focusing on quick passing to drop out, receive on the back foot and play. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back on both sides of the cone. The player then drops across the pole/mannequin to receive the ball on the back foot to open out and play. The player then steps in to set before dropping back out to receive on the back foot again to play. The player should ensure that they scan before dropping and adjust the body shape to receive. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
