Combining first time to receive to touch, turn and play
Description
In this session we are focusing on combining first time to receive to touch, turn and play. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back first time on both sides of the cone/pole. The player then scans and drops to the cone behind to receive and set the ball across first time. The player then moves to the outside cone to open the body and receive on the half turn to touch, turn and play. The player then moves back inside to repeat. When touching away the player should open the body out and push the touch into space. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
