Ball control, ability to open out, adapt and turn
Description
In this session we are focusing on ball control, ability to open out, adapt and turn. The drill begins with the player controlling the ball thrown in the air by the coach. The player then passes back to the coach and moves out to receive. The player looks to open out before adapting to turn back and play. The player should take the touch away on an angle. Each set should consist of 6 - 8 reps and should be completed at least three times.
