Quick play to drop and receive to drive into space


Description

In this session we are focusing on quick play to drop and receive to drive into space. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back to drops to receive the ball back to open and play. The player then looks to drop back to the deepest cone to receive and drive into space before passing back to the coach to receive. The player should maintain control of the ball whilst driving into space. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
