Combining first time to open up spaces to play
Description
In this session we are focusing on combining first time to open up spaces to play. The drill begins with the coach passing to player 1 who sets back on both sides of the cone. Player 1 then scans and drops back to the free cone to receive, open out and play to player 2 who sets the ball back for player 1 to reverse the ball back to the coach. Player 2 then receives the ball off the coach to touch, turn and play before dropping in to repeat. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least three times.
