One touch passing: bounce passes and setting across


Description

In this session we are focusing on one touch passing: bounce passes and setting across. The drill begins with the coach passing the ball to the player who looks to set back and move to the opposite side of the cone to repeat. Once the player sets back again they look to scan and drop to the cone behind. The coach then passes the ball to the player who looks to set across the cone and repeat. The tempo and execution of passes are important to ensure that the drill runs smoothly and can be done in one touch. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
