First time passes and quick movement to receive
Description
In this session we are focusing on first time passes and quick movement to receive. The drill begins with the coach passing to player 1 who looks to set back and move round the highest cone. Whilst player 1 is moving the coach passes the ball to player 2 who sets back first time. The coach then passes the ball back to player 1 who sets back to the coach with the player 2 then moving to the start point. The players should ensure that they maintain a high tempo but execute the passes to be played first time. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least two times per side.
