Open out to play and step up to set across


Description

In this session we are focusing on opening out to play and step in to set across. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to peel off the cone to receive on the back foot to open out and play. The player then steps up to the middle cone to receive and set ball across first time twice. Once the player sets the ball back straight they then look to scan and drop to repeat on the opposite side. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
