1-2’s to touch across on the back foot and play


Description

In this session we are focusing on bounce passes to touch across on the back foot and play. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who looks to play back first time and move to the outside of the cone to repeat. The player then looks to move back inside to receive the ball on the back foot to take across and play back to the coach. The player looks to adapt their body shape and react quickly to touch the ball across. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
