1-2’s to receive and turn to create a through pass
Description
In this session we are focusing on 1-2’s to receive and turn to create a through pass. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back and repeats on the opposite side. The player then scans and drops to the outside cone to receive, touch and turn to play back to the coach. The player then moves back to the start to receive and set back to the coach before moving off and round the outside cone to create the angle for the coach to play through to their partner. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least two times each side.
