Touch, turn and play to drop and receive in space
Description
In this session we are focusing on touching, turning and playing to drop and receive in space. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who aims to touch the ball away before turning back and passing back to the coach. The player then scans and drops to receive the ball in space to touch away and pass to the coach. The player then steps up to receive and set back to the coach before moving back into the middle to repeat. The player should take the first touch away from the body to enable and sharp turn. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
