Quick feet to receive and play on the back foot
Description
In this session we are focusing on quick feet to receive and play on the back foot. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who sets back and moves across the ladder to receive and set back again. The player then scans and drops to the cone behind to receive on the back foot to open out and play. The player then steps up to receive and set back to the coach before dropping back to receive and open out once again. The player should ensure that they adapt their body shape to receive on the back foot to open out. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
