First time passing and interchanging movement to combine


Description

In this session we are focusing on first time passing and interchanging movement to combine. The drill begins with the coach passing to the left side player who sets the ball back to the coach. The coach then plays the ball to the right side player who sets the ball round the corner to their partner. The player then sets the ball back to the coach whilst their partner moves around them to receive the ball on the move to set back to the coach before repeating the drill. The players should be ready to react and move quickly at all times. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least two times each side.
