Setting and playing out to combine to play into space


Description

In this session we are focusing on setting and playing out to combine to play into space. The drill begins with the coach passing to player 1 who sets back and moves to the opposite side of the cone to receive play to player 2. Player 1 then moves to the high cone with player 2 setting the ball to the coach who plays the ball into space for player 2 to receive and take into space. Player 2 then plays the ball to player 1 who sets back and moves into space to receive and play to the coach. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps per player and should be completed at least two times each side.
